It's Never Too Late...
Hold me in your arms Lord. Lift me to see what I cannot be on my own. I trust you to raise me high, so I will see what's ahead in this place I call my life. I cling to you in faith, understanding I am who I am becoming, because of you Lord, because of you in my life...

A friend gave me a bookmark which read, ‘It is never too late to become what you might have been.” I love that quote. It reminds me God has not finished His work in our lives. No matter how old we become, He still knows us as His children who need to be guided toward His will, in His time and for His purpose.
God has plans for our lives. He is the Father who watches over us and provides for our needs. Sometimes we forget how perfectly He equips us to achieve great things. He maps our days and lays a trail for us to follow.
God lovingly prepares us to move ahead, even before we become aware of where we are going. He nurtures the longings of our hearts, and readies us to receive the many blessings He has already planned for us to enjoy.
Joy can be found when we allow God to nourish our faith. He reminds us we don’t have to move ahead on our own. He leads us toward a path of content, and prepares us to be blessed, as we learn to trust in Him.
The Bible says, “For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11.
God arms us with everything we need to recognize we are being led. He provides opportunities for us to grow with Him. Then, He hold us in His loving arms of strength and raises us high enough to see what’s ahead in our lives. But, we must be willing to allow God to lead us so we can realize it's never too late, to gratefully find purpose in what He will choose for us to become.
God is near and He loves YOU,
Nan
Did you write the little prayer at the beginning? It is very beautiful. And one that many need to hear and believe that God holds them and deeply cares about them.
