Cocoons of Comfort

Walls provide shelter and define our space of purpose. They allow us to feel protected from the outside world, and cradle us in cocoons of comfort which hold us in one place.

Sometimes we become too comfortable inside walls which surround us. We create spaces for ourselves, and often choose to hide behind heavy walls of doubt. We don’t let others see the heart of what’s inside, or allow ourselves to find purpose in what waits to be discovered.  

But, God sees beyond the walls we build. He knows the heart of those who have not yet learned to recognize what waits on the other side. He lovingly opens our hearts and allows us to understand when the time is right. Then, He tears down walls which have separated us from His love. 

God shows us we are worthy of His grace. He reminds us we can do great things. He removes dreaded doubt from our lives, and skillfully prepares us for what is to come. Our attitudes change when we surrender to God, and allow Him to show us what waits to be provided. He teaches us how to trust in Him and find hope in the power of His love.

Only God can move us to the place we belong. Only He can show us how to be led by His will, and lovingly provide the only cocoon of comfort we will ever need.

God will lead us to His place of peace. Then, He will supply us with great purpose for our lives. He will prepare us to finally understand what must be accomplished, so we can discover where to find a true heart of content.
