And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is. Ephesians 3:18 NLT
We will never be able to measure the depth of God’s faithfulness or comprehend how very much we are loved. Even though we are selfish and not deserving, WE ARE LOVED. We all fall short of the glory of God. But, He helps us feel the strength of His faithfulness. And, in moments to embrace the goodness of grace, He offers forgiveness and shows us how to love Him more…
God reminds us to surrender ourselves and learn how it feels to trust.
He uses His hand prints of holiness and paints a picture to be seen.
And, when we are ready to notice, He opens the eyes of our hearts, so we
will clearly see what waits to be discovered. He leads us to a
prayer of praise and allows us to be blessed by the offering of His
love.
Jesus said we should love others as God loves us, with unselfish giving. But, how can we love others, if we haven’t first experienced God’s love in our lives? He sent His Son to die for us, and brought light to a hurting world of darkness. HOPE poured from the blood of His sacrifice and He took the sins of the world…What greater love will we ever know?
We must seek God with all of our hearts, turn from our selfish ways, step in faith and know Him as Lord of our lives. He will fill us with peace and arm us with everything we need to discover the blessing of a grateful heart. If we remain in Him, He will remain in us. He will fill us with everything we need and demonstrate the love of His faithfulness. And, He will help us remember; we are very, very loved by Him.
Dear God, Thank you for Your love. Help us see what waits to be discovered, when we open our hearts to feel the depth of Your faithfulness. Forgive us when we turn away from You. You are deserving of our love. We will seek You with thankfulness and never forget how very much we are loved by You. Amen
