As morning invites the sun to rise, God reveals Himself in our lives. He wakes us to welcome the offering of His love and shows us how it feels to be held by Him. He reminds us who is the Maker of every living thing and prepares us to receive the offering of His everlasting love. 

God silences the distractions of the world. While we are cradled in care, He helps us remember we don’t have to figure out everything on our own. He calms us with greatness and helps us examine our lives, so we will recognize why we need the Savior. And when we are open to His tugging of our hearts, He finds the way to help us discover peace that passes all understanding. 

Life will sometimes be difficult. There will be days when circumstances lead us far away from a place of calm. But, God will remind us to be still, so we will receive Him. He will humble our hearts and arm us with everything we need to remember; help comes from trust. He will strengthen us, so we will not forget who handles ALL things. 

God will call us to rise when we have been prepared for His greatness. And, He will delight in the love of our faithfulness, when we are still and ready to respond. He will set our feet on solid ground and move us by the power of His love. And He will help us remember; His strength is made perfect in our weakness. 

Dear God, Thank you for waking us to feel the power of Your love. You arm us with everything we need to be reminded we will never walk alone. Fill us with peace and remind us why You are worthy of our praise, as we welcome the arrival of another day to be blessed by YOU. Amen
