He says, “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be honored among the nations. I will be honored in the earth.” Psalm 46:10

God skillfully stretches His mighty arms of strength and patiently waits to reach us. He longs for us to discover how it feels to be lifted by the strength of His love and led to the presence of His perfect peace. 

Sometimes, we forget to listen to the guiding of our hearts. We become busy and consumed with distractions of the world. But, in moments to pull us close to His faithfulness, God leads us to a place of calm. He lifts us from the hectic spaces of our lives and reminds us how it feels to be held by Him. 

God prepares us for His great purpose. He helps us see glimpses of what’s ahead and teaches how to trust in His guiding of our days. And, when our souls have been quieted by His grace, He shows us the way to our Savior and helps us remember; we will always be covered by the blanket of His love.

Dear God, Thank you for cradling us in care. Forgive us when we forget to seek You with all of our hearts. We will hold on to the power of Your strength and never forget how very much we are loved. Amen
