But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Christ reminds us there is reason to wait WITH Him, while God prepares us for His greatness and readies us for what’s to come. He helps us learn to be patient and focus on Him, as we welcome His presence of peace.

Jesus provides purpose for the time we share with Him. He renews our minds and helps us discover strength within. He lifts us where we see glimpses of what’s ahead and reminds us that God will reveal His will, when He is ready to show His plans for our lives.

As we learn to be faithful, HOPE will flow in the heart of our weakness and we WILL become stronger while we wait. God WILL handle the happenings of our days. “We must never be afraid to trust and unknown future to a known God.”

Dear God, Thank you for moments when You demonstrate the depth of Your holiness. Forgive us when we forget who’s in charge of all things. We will trust in You and learn what it means to be patient. And, we will faithfully wait to discover what has been planned for our lives, as we share our time with Jesus. Amen
