“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 8:38-39 NIV 

Walls provide shelter and define our space of purpose. They allow us to feel protected from the outside world and cradle us in cocoons of comfort which hold us in one place. But, sometimes we become too comfortable. We create spaces for ourselves and hide behind walls of doubt. We don’t let others see the heart of what’s inside, or find purpose in what waits to be discovered. 

God sees behind the walls we build. He knows the needs of those who haven’t learned to embrace what waits on the other side. He opens our hearts and allows us to understand when the timing is right. Then, He tears down the walls which separate us from His mighty love. 

Christ shows us we are worthy of grace. He reminds us we CAN do great things. He removes doubt from our lives and prepares us for what’s to come. He helps us overcome and find the Father.

Attitudes will change, when we surrender to God and allow Him to show us what waits to be provided. If we trust in Him, we will find HOPE in the promise of His everlasting love. And, we will find His PEACE.

Dear God, Thank you for strength which comes from you. Lead us to a place of peace and remind us to always, ALWAYS trust. Amen
