He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” Matthew 17:20 ESV
God plants seeds of purpose in our lives and prepares us to be nourished as we grow. He allows us to cultivate peaceful intent and readies us to serve Him with all of our hearts. He longs for us to understand what it means to be led by love. And when we’re ready, He pulls us from the depths of doubt and prepares us to do unimaginable things.
God will show promise in the guiding of His will. He will reveal the
mighty power of His plan and provide the way for faith to grow. He will
allow us to move the mountains in our lives and He will help us never
forget to faithfully TRUST. We must never underestimate God’s ability to
demonstrate why ALL things are possible, if we believe. (Read Mark
9:23)
It’s okay to pray for great things. God loves us! He will guide and provide all the days of our lives and prepare us to be grateful for His GREATNESS. Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” (Read John 11: 40)
Dear God, Thank you for this day of opportunity to serve You with all of our hearts. Forgive us when we don’t allow ourselves to grow in You. Help us recognize You are in charge of all things. Prepare us to use the gifts You have chosen for us to receive, and remind us why it takes time for seeds to grow. Amen
