“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV

Jesus is our ever present help in time of need. He prepares us to understand when we’re weak, so we will recognize how to find strength in the Father and learn to trust in Him.

There will be moments in our lives when we feel tired, weary and uncertain of what’s to come. But, in times of wonder, God will arm us with the power of His love. He will provide the way for us to find relief, even in circumstances which cause us to doubt.   

God will help us feel His presence and understand He is the One who arms us with everything we need. He will show us how to find hope for the future. Weakness will try and rob us of the courage we need to move ahead. But, God will set the stage for us to welcome His peace. He will ready us to persevere. And, He will help us find comfort through Jesus as we find the way to Him.

Dear God, Thank you for strength which comes from You. Help us  remember to trust You with all of our hearts and recognize who’s in charge of ALL things. When weary thoughts of wonder fill us with despair, give us courage. Teach us to be patient, as You lead us toward a place of peace. We will love You with all of our hearts and put our hope in You. Amen
