“For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11
God provides for our needs, but sometimes we forget to TRUST. He maps out our days and lays a trail for us to follow. He prepares us to move ahead, even when we don’t know where we’re going. He knows the longings of our hearts and readies us to witness the offering of His love.
Christ
nourishes our faith and helps us remember we never travel alone. He
leads us on a path of purpose and prepares us to be blessed, as we
faithfully learn to follow. He helps us find content in the love of our
gratefulness and arms us with everything we need to find HOPE in the
presence of His peace.
There is HOPE in the strength of the Savior! Jesus died in our place. He set the stage for good to come. We mustn’t doubt the depth of His holiness or question His ability to save. He will lead us to the Father and demonstrate the power of His strength. He will help us see glimpses of what’s ahead, if we allow ourselves to be held.
God will arm us with everything we need. He will provide opportunity to grow. He will help us see ourselves as He sees us; worthy and capable of doing great things! But, we must listen to the tugging of our hearts and choose to respond and obey.
God WILL provide HOPE for the future. We must surrender to Him and release the fear which has festered in our hearts. He is so much bigger than our doubt! It will never be too late to find purpose in what He will choose for our lives. He really WILL bless us.
Dear God, Thank you for the promise of Your everlasting love. You have great plans for our days. Forgive us when we don’t respond to the tugging of our hearts or use the gifts meant to be shared. We will trust in You and find strength in the promise of Your presence in our lives. We will surrender our fear and find HOPE for the future, when we have learned to totally TRUST. Amen
