“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

Prayer binds us together. It unifies a heart of hope and provides the way to feel God’s presence in our lives. He longs for us to seek Him and learn how it feels to trust. In moments of strength, He leads us to the cross and helps us humbly remember we are loved. 

God knows the circumstances which cause us to despair. He sees each tear that falls. He reaches the brokenhearted and bandages the sores of every wound. 

God will lead us by His will and hear our prayers for calm. And when we have received the love of His faithfulness, He WILL restore our souls. He will remove fear and replace it with peaceful reassurance. And, He will remind us why we MUST always remember to trust. 

Dear God, Thank you for moments to seek You with all of our hearts and welcome Your presence of peace. Forgive us when we forget who’s in charge of ALL things. Bring hope for unsettled times, as we learn to faithfully trust and help us find strength while we wait on You. Amen
