Whatever you do, work at it wholeheartedly as though you were doing it for the Lord and not merely for people. Colossians 3:23 ISV

God humbles us. He helps us recognize we are worthy of His love. He opens our eyes and provides the way to examine our hearts. He readies us to work for Him and realize we are capable of doing great things. 

God provides strength and allows it to flourish, when we have learned to trust. He guides and provides the way for us to know how to serve Him with all of our hearts. And, when we are ready, He offers the gifts of the Spirit and shows us how to share them. He gives strength from His holiness and guides us as we work for Him. 

God knows the heart of who we are becoming. He will nurture our talents, if we use them for His glory. He will fill us with passion and peace, as we serve Him and allow our faith to grow. He knows what will happen next in our lives. God will guide and provide for each of us. He will give purpose to our days and bless us, if we gratefully work for Him.

Dear God, Thank you for giving purpose to our lives. Help us examine our hearts, surrender to You and welcome the gifts You choose for us to share. We will trust in the power of Your will and be ready to work for You. And, we will never forget; You DO have plans for our days. Amen
