“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline.” 2 Timothy 1:7 NIV 

When God fills us with purpose, He allows us to recognize strength comes from the power of His love. He prepares us for His will and arms us with EVERYTHING we need to embrace what He chooses for our lives.  

God is great! He leads us on a path of purpose and prepares us to grow in His greatness. He helps us see ourselves as He sees us; capable and able to do great things. He plans what’s best for our lives and maps out a path for us to follow. He navigates the number of our days.   

God will pour strength in our hearts. He will provide the way for us to grow in His grace. He will change our lives for the better and help us recognize the power of love. When the timing is right, we will feel the depth of His holiness and boldly serve Him with all of our hearts. God will do GREAT things! We must trust in Him and never doubt His ability to grow us.

Dear God, Thank you! You give us strength when we’re timid and weak. We will love You with all of our hearts and welcome courage as we’re grown by You. Teach us to become confident in our abilities and bring glory to YOU, as we discover how it feels to totally trust. Amen
