There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: Ecclesiastes 3:1 NIV

Leaves of green will soon display their beautiful colors of fall. They will remind us cooler weather is on the way. Fall is a favorite season for many. It brings opportunity for a change of pace. But, it also invites concern for those who anticipate the cold days of winter.

Sometimes, we’re leery of change. We hesitate to leave our place of content. We allow the seasons of life to affect our balance of routine and forget God IS in charge of all things. We forget to remember, He shows us beauty in the newness of EVERY day, when we trust in Him and open our eyes to His will.

In times of wonder, God reminds us; we are capable of dealing with change. He prepares us to handle the ups and downs of life. And, in moments of great purpose, He changes our hearts and helps us understand how we are led by His grace. God readies our hearts to discover bountiful rewards.

We must accept the many changes in our lives and remember God has a plan for our days. He WILL guide us through the seasons of change. And, if we will totally trust His ability to lead, He will bless the heart of our faithfulness.

Dear God, Thank you for moments to recognize the beauty of Your creation.  We will trust in You and accept the many changes in our lives.  Teach us to appreciate each new season and help us find purpose for every day You skillfully create.  Amen
