I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4 NIV

Jesus helps us examine our thoughts. When fear robs our joy, He shows where to find calm. He fills us with HOPE as we welcome His strength and learn to trust in the Father.

Sometimes, we forget God brings PEACE in His presence, when we seek Him with all of our hearts. He knows how to manage our days. He replaces fear with PEACE that passes all understanding. And, He shows how to welcome joy, when we surrender to Him. 

Anxious thoughts will squelch our joy! Worry will flourish and fear will grow. But, God will know how to stop it, if we choose to remain faithful. He will remove our anxiety and remind us there is power in the strength of His love. 

God will provide everything we need! He will nurture the health of our wholeness. If we pray for peace, God will take away ALL fear. He will prepare us to be guided by the love of His faithfulness. He will help us remember who is working for the good and He WILL deliver us...JUST ASK HIM!

Dear God, Thank you for waking us to feel Your presence of peace. Help us humbly examine our hearts, so we will learn how to faithfully TRUST. Take our burdens and fill us full of everything we need to find calming strength in You. Remove our anxious thoughts and deliver us from fear. Help us find hope in the power of Your greatness, as we gratefully trust in You and learn to welcome the gift of a grateful heart. Amen
