I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. Isaiah 42:16 NIV

Jesus wants us to walk with Him, but often we become blinded by doubt. We forget to trust the One who knows where we're going. We have difficulty focusing on what’s ahead and need to be reminded why God knows the path of purpose for our lives.

Christ longs for us to see what waits to be discovered when we’re ready to be led. He opens our eyes to God’s greatness and prepares us to remember there may be construction ahead. He guides us through the obstacles in our lives and helps us “hold on tight”, when we need to be lifted by His love.

We must learn to trust the One who already knows where we will go. “If He leads us to it, He will lead us through it” when we faithfully follow. He will pull us from our darkest doubt and shine the light of HOPE as we travel. And, He will prepare us for the bumps in the road, when we need to find HOPE in His strength.

God knows exactly where we’re going. We must BELIEVE the journey will be better, if we faithfully follow and recognize why we will NEVER travel alone. 

Lord, you have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence. Psalm 16:11

Dear God, As we walk ahead in our lives, guide us on a path that leads to You. YOU provide for our needs. Open our eyes, so we will be reminded to follow Jesus. And, help us not forget who will handle EACH and EVERY moment of our days. Amen
