Fix your thoughts on what is true and good and right. Think about things that are pure and lovely, and dwell on the fine, good things in others. Think about all you can praise God for and be glad about. Philippians 4:8
God has opened our eyes so we will clearly see the love of His faithfulness before we choose to rise. He helps us welcome the offering of another day and humbles our hearts for Him. He arms us with everything we need, as He sets the stage for what’s to come. And He removes distractions in our lives, so we will keep on going…
Sometimes, we wake in worry. Negative thoughts consume our minds and
control our lives. Fear holds us back from experiencing good. We forget
how it feels to trust. But, God reminds us to come as we are and be
held by His holiness. He knows where PEACE should dwell. He knows what
we need to be ready to rise.
When we prayerfully spend time with God, He covers the wounds of our weakness when we welcome His STRENGTH to heal. He takes away fear and provides a renewed sense of purpose. He fills us with HOPE and helps us remember there’s power in the presence of His love!
God WILL do amazing things! We mustn’t let doubt steal the abundant joy He has planned for our days. If we welcome the love of our Father, He will arm us with everything we need to battle fear. He will lift us with His arms of strength and help us overcome. He will show us how to fill our minds with thoughts of good and He will transform us.
God will give us PEACE that passes all understanding, as we seek Him. He will remind us who’s in charge of ALL things. He will help us focus on what is true. When we have been humbled to TRUST, He will remove our doubt and fill us full of everything we need to welcome a grateful heart. He will help us remember who is ALWAYS working for the GOOD.
Dear God, Thank you for waking us to realize we are loved by You. Thank you for holding us before we choose to rise. Forgive us when we forget to trust in the power of Your love. Thank you for the plans You have for our days. Heal the wounds of weakness and help us find peace in You. We will welcome everything You provide and think about what is good. Thank you for arming us with everything we need. Thank you for Your presence in our lives! We give You praise for providing another day. Help us not take it for granted. Amen
