Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58

Sometimes we become overwhelmed when there’s work to be done. But we can find comfort in knowing God is pleased when we work for Him. He fills us with a Spirit of content and provides the way to learn how to serve Him with our hearts.

God assigns tasks that fill us with passion as we’re grown in the goodness of His grace. And when we use the gifts we’re given, He readies us for His will and guides us where we find purpose to grow. He teaches to be patient as we wait on Him and shows how to serve Him with a grateful heart. He blesses us in ways we never could have imagined... 

God WILL bless our efforts. He WILL show us how to do amazing things. He WILL reward our obedience and fill us with fulfillment, if we focus on the tasks He lays before us. He WILL work in us and change our lives. He WILL grow us in the guiding of His love. 

If we give ourselves fully to the work of the Lord, He WILL be pleased. He WILL lead us where we find purpose in what He provides. We will not be consumed if we TRUST in Him and embrace the gifts He faithfully provides. 

God will prepare us to do great things. We must be ready when He tells us it's time to work for Him. He will bring JOY to our hearts if we totally TRUST and BELIEVE He will make a difference in our lives. 

Dear God, Thank you for the power of Your will. We will serve you with a grateful heart of gladness and TRUST in the plans You have for our days. We will welcome joy, when we've learned to honor You with the fruit of our labors. Thank you, Lord for giving us purpose for our days. We will open our hearts for ALL You provide, as we work hard to glorify You. Amen
