But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Often, we become impatient and question what will happen next. We allow fear to fester where peace was meant to dwell. We forget God manages our lives in the timing of His will and need to be reminded He has a plan for our days. 

God has reason for us to be patient. In times of wonder, He grows the heart of our faithfulness. He opens our eyes and helps us remember who is working for the good. He draws us closer to Him and demonstrates the power of His awesome love. 

When we have learned to trust, it won’t matter how long we have to wait. God will strengthen us. He will help us remember we don’t have to figure out everything on our own. He will prepare us for what’s to come and fill us with His strength. He will remind us who's in charge of all things. He will arm us with everything we need to remember to be patient. 

God will place HOPE where it belongs. He will humble our hearts. As He provides purpose for our lives, He will allow peace to reach us. We must simply WAIT and prayerfully ask for the power of His strength. God will not fail us while we wait on Him. 

Dear God, Thank you for moments when the depth of Your love is demonstrated in ways we never could have imagined. Forgive us when we forget who's in charge of our days. We will trust in You and learn what it means to be patient. And, we will faithfully wait to be prepared for what You have already planned for our lives. Amen
