“This is what the Lord says, “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ Jeremiah 6:16 

Sometimes, we stand at the crossroads and wonder where to go. We question what will happen next and feel weary to travel alone. We forget to seek God's guidance and pray for His direction. And we forget who lays a path for us to follow. 

God navigates the journey. He finds the way to open our eyes, so we will focus on Him. He prepares us to seek the love of His faithfulness, so we will develop a heart of trust and find strength in the power of prayer. 

When we pray, we recognize who readies us to travel. God guides and provides. He prepares us to step ahead. He molds our thoughts, so we will grow in wisdom and find direction in the timing of His plan. He helps us grow as we seek Him. And as we travel in obedience, He helps us recognize we never walk alone. 

If we learn to be patient, God will arm us with everything we need to step ahead. He will help us persevere and show us where to go. He will nurture our faith with clarity so we will see glimpses of what's ahead. God will reveal His will. We must be faithful, stay on His path of purpose and simply choose to keep on going...

Dear God, Thank you for guiding us by Your will. Help us remember who plans our days. Give us strength to remember who’s in charge of ALL things, as we offer our prayers of praise. We will find peace as YOU nurture our faithfulness and remain on the path that leads to YOU. Amen
