The LORD is good to those whose hope is in Him, to the one who seeks Him; Lamentations 3:25 NIV
There are lessons to be learned while we wait on God. He handles the moments of our days and places strength in the heart of our wonder. In the timing of His will, He helps us remember who’s in charge of our lives. He fills us with HOPE as we trust in Him and He helps us remain faithful.
God prepares us for
what happens next. He opens our hearts to the power of His will and
readies us to seek Him. He knows how to handle our days. When trials
overwhelm us, He draws us closer to His love and finds the way to reveal
His presence. He shows us how to welcome Jesus.
God knows what we need. Now more than ever we need the love of our Savior. Jesus said, “I have come that they may have life, and have it in all its fullness. I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for his sheep.”
When we are lost, Jesus returns us to the flock. He hears our cries for mercy and allows us to recognize the power of His love. He shows how it feels to be held. And while we are cradled in care, He provides glimpses of good. He reminds us why we're not alone. He pours HOPE in our hearts and shows us how to be found in Him.
If we open our hearts, surely we will find strength in what God provides. He will bless us! He will manage our days and guide us by His greatness. He is a good, good Father! We must trust in Him, remain faithful and gratefully BELIEVE He will take care of EVERY single thing.
Dear God, Thank you for Your presence in our lives. Thank you for Jesus. Open the eyes of our hearts so we will remember to TRUST in You. We will find strength in ALL You provide and witness the love of Your faithfulness.Thank you for taking care of our needs. Cover us with the love of Your holiness and help us find PEACE to remember; we will NEVER be without the strength of Your amazing love. Amen
