Sometimes we long to catch our breath and feel the PEACE that nurtures a heart of hope. We long to experience the presence of God and recognize the depth of His holiness. We long to feel the power of His strength and fully breathe again...
Breath
is something we need to sustain us. We depend on it to survive. The
breath of God is life and power! It allows us to welcome Him to live in
us. When God created man from dust on the ground, He breathed life in
his nostrils and he became a living soul.
When God opens our eyes to experience a brand new day, burdens often lay in our hearts. Worries prevent us from breathing in what He provides. But when pray for calming of HOPE, we become aware that God is the air we breathe. His PEACE fills us with the power of everlasting love.
God’s love for us is forever! He patiently waits while we seek Him with humbleness, patience and strength to endure. He helps us breathe in what is good and reminds us who is working in our lives. He fills us with everything we need. God is great! He will guide us to a place of wholeness. We must choose to faithfully TRUST.
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! Psalm 150:6 ESV
Dear God, Thank you for mercy and grace. We will begin this day in praise for ALL You provide. We will remember who takes care of everything we need. Help us find strength as we open our eyes and breathe what is good. We will love You with all of our hearts and praise Your greatness, as You help us catch our breath. YOU are the air we breathe. YOU have the power to make us whole. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
