Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5: 7 NIV

God knows the frailties of our hearts. He knows the human side of weakness. He’s aware of the worries which try to steal our joy. He knows the sorrow of shame and the fear that overwhelms. And in the midst of trials and tribulations, God knows how to bless those who struggle. He has the power to take away pain.

God loves us through our struggles. He knows how to deal with worries. He knows our EVERY thought and loves us through what we experience. He loves us through the FEAR! And when we’re ashamed to admit we’re not strong, He humbles our hearts for Him. He reminds us why we are worthy of experiencing ALL He provides, as we open our eyes in TRUTH.

We must stop hiding behind fear that binds us. Anxiety is consuming! It festers in places where HOPE should be grown. It never nurtures our wholeness or allows us to feel content. It robs the heart of knowing how to welcome peace, and makes us believe we will never find experience joy. It twists our thoughts and leads us far from the ONE who knows how to mend what is broken.

God is the mighty Healer. He knows how to handle our lives. He gives us desire to want to overcome and rebuilds what is broken. He provides strength and helps us persevere. He gives us time to mend and shows us how to keep going. He humbles our hearts to remember who is working for the good.

We don't have to handle life on our own. If we TRUST in God and prayerfully surrender, He will hear our cries for mercy. And when we find courage to release what is holding us back, God WILL restore us! If we believe in His power to save, submit to His will and patiently wait to be blessed, He will show us how to experience the JOY of Jesus!

God will open our eyes so we will focus on Him. He will show us why we are stronger than before. We must keep looking ahead and choose to leave fear behind! God created us. He knows what we need. He has a plan. We will find HOPE if we welcome the power of His presence and allow Him to guide us toward calm.

God will do what we cannot. We must trust Him and remain faithful. If we ask Him to take away fear, He will remove it! We must trust in His power to save and faithfully believe He will help us breathe again. He is God! He will do what we cannot! Surely, He will reward the love of our faithfulness.

Dear God, Thank you for the power of Your greatness. Forgive us when we forget who’s in charge of ALL things. Please take the fear from our hearts and replace it with peace that passes all understanding. Today we will surrender our worries and allow HOPE to remind us why You have the power to save. We will humble our hearts in truth and become much stronger. Help us learn how it feels to be loved by You. Lead us to a place of wholeness so we will experience what’s been missing in our lives. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
