Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Many times, we wake in thought of what will happen next as we prepare to start the day. Anxious thoughts creep in our souls and rob us from welcoming calm. Worry sets in and we forget to remove the blanket of doubt.

God wants us to be covered by wholeness. He opens our eyes to welcome the presence of peace. When we draw closer, He sets the stage for good to come. And if we pray before we rise, He opens our hearts for the Savior. He fills with everything we need to find strength as we're humbled for Him.

There will be days of uncertainty in our lives. God never promised we’d be without it. But in times of wonder, He knows how to handle our days. He shows how to surrender anxiety and help us deal with fear. He leads us from darkness and allows us to see beauty in what He provides. He opens our eyes in truth.

Prayers leads us to a place of wholeness. When we thank God for each and every day, the prayers of our praise help us discover how it feels to embrace a grateful heart. God finds the way to remind us why we are blessed. He helps us focus on what is good and provides a purpose for our days. He allows faith to grow, so we will recognize His power to save.

Strength will come if we turn our eyes toward the One who knows how to help us. God will show us how to release anxious thoughts. He will arm us with everything we need to find peace for what’s to come. He will lift the veil of doubt so we will see how we are guided. God will show us how to welcome each and every day. He will help us focus on the good. He will show us peace that Christ provides and humble our hearts to welcome strength. We must faithfully believe and simply choose to TRUST.

Dear God, thank you for the power of Your love. It covers us with mercy and grace. Help us remember to seek You BEFORE we rise. Thank you for the presence of Your peace. Please remove anxiety that steals our joy and replace it with love in our hearts. We will remember who’s in charge of our days and find HOPE in the power of Your greatness. Help us open our eyes, so we will focus on the good and clearly see the blessings You provide. Thank you, Lord for setting the stage for what’s to come. We will trust You all the days of our lives and gratefully welcome what You will provide. Amen
