I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful. I know that full well. Psalm 139:14

Aging allows us to witness the natural progression of our lives. We see the effects of physical change and admit it’s hard to notice. But God wants us to remember what's created on the inside is most valuable to Him. He helps us see ourselves as He sees us; beautiful and wonderfully made!

There’s no doubt time will change us. Physical appearances will not stay the same. But God will help us find beauty in what He has created. He will help us embrace a heart of content, so we will see what He sees in us.

If we choose to welcome JOY, the light of Jesus will shine bright. It will diminish our worries and help us see what is good! It will open our hearts to welcome peace and help us remember to be grateful. And it will remind us how much we are loved.

God will help us see what needs to be noticed when we focus on Him and allow ourselves to glow in His greatness. We must WELCOME the gift of time and never forget where beauty is found. God will help us be thankful for each and EVERY day, each and EVERY wrinkle and each and EVERY opportunity to remember we have been fearfully and wonderfully made!

Dear God, Thank you for moments to see what You see in us. Help us find JOY in what You have created. We will love You with all of our hearts and trust in the timing of Your will. When our bodies have aged with soreness and wrinkles, fill us with peace to welcome the physical changes in our lives. We will embrace each and every day and never forget how lucky we are to be fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank you, Father! We are grateful! Amen
