Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6

Christ is waiting and available when we seek Him. And when we ready our hearts to welcome the presence of peace, He humbles us to consider why God sent Him to the world.

Jesus came to demonstrate God’s love. He was sent to preach good news about the kingdom and lead us from the darkness. God sent Him to save the sinners and seek the lost. He came to show the purpose of life and guide us to the Father.

Sometimes, we forget we need Jesus. He came to fulfill the will of God and reach every one of us. He offers grace from love not deserved and cradles us in care when we need to remember He calls us worthy.

We can humble our hearts and receive what is ours if we choose to embrace it. But we must examine our lives and consider what holds us back from receiving Jesus. He is the way, the truth and the life! If we call on Him, strength will flow from the presence of His peace and we will witness the power of His mighty love. We will find joy in remembering why HE is always with us.

Dear God, thank you for peace that welcomes the light of Jesus! Oh, how we need to be warmed by the strength of His love! Help us embrace the glory of Christmas every day of our lives. We will humble our hearts, give Him our praise and remember Your will was fulfilled because of Your love for us. Thank you, Lord! Thank you so very much for Jesus! Amen
