Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” John 11:40
FAITH sets the stage for the Lord to help us. But when become stuck in doubt and refuse to BELIEVE, we can’t receive what God wants to provide. We rob ourselves of welcoming peace and need to be reminded to trust.
Many things rob us of opportunities to witness the peace of Jesus. Worry, fear and doubt are just a few. But if we’re brave enough to learn when it’s time to surrender, God will restore us. He will guide us back where we belong and reveal what comes from surrender.
Strength is something we need and God knows how to provide it. As we examine our lives, we begin to realize why we need the Savior. God plants hope in our hearts when we discover nothing is impossible for Him! He helps us witness what happens when we choose to walk with Jesus.
While we are held by the Spirit of holiness, God readies us to receive. He nurtures our love for Christ and prepares us to BELIEVE. He helps us see how it feels to be grown by His faithfulness and welcome His presence of PEACE.
We must BELIEVE God will take care of us and those we love. He knows exactly what we need. Why should we worry about things God has already handled? He is answering prayers, providing miracles and taking care of our lives. He will help us remember to trust. What will happen if we allow ourselves to witness the glory of God? He will show us amazing things if we put our FAITH in Him.
Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?” (Read John 11: 40)
Dear God, thank you for helping us examine our hearts and recognize what’s missing. Forgive us when we allow worry to dwell in our lives. Help us experience the Spirit of Your holiness as we learn to live in peace. We will pay attention to the blessings You provide and gratefully welcome Your love. Thank you for working in us! We BELIEVE You are able to do great things! We will love You all the days of our lives and choose to remain faithful to YOU. Thank you, Lord! Thank you! Amen
