Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4

God knows our hearts. He lovingly wraps His Spirit of strength around those who are wounded by loss. He comforts us and helps us find calm in the shelter of His strength.

At some time in our lives, we will all experience pain. We will feel the weight of sadness in our lives. But Christ will cradle us in care. He will bandage the sores of our souls and cover the wounds of weakness. He will provide strength to be reminded we are held in the arms of His healing love.

God loves us! He promises eternal life and HOPE in the healing of forever. When we surrender to Him and believe Jesus is Christ; the Son of God, we understand death is NOT final. We cling to the promise of eternal life and find hope in knowing our loved ones are no longer suffering.

Christ will nurture the heart of our faithfulness and help us receive what the Father provides. When memories remind us of those we miss, He will help us remember they are being held by His greatness. He will bring peace to our hearts and remind us why we are not alone. There will never be a day without the presence of His forever love.

Dear God, thank you for holding us in weakness. You provide comfort in Your presence and help us cope with sadness in our lives. Draw us nearer to the love of Your faithfulness and help us find HOPE in the promise of eternal life. We will find strength in You and treasure the memories of our loved ones. Thank you for those who have been called home. And thank you for helping us remember why LOVE BEARS ALL THINGS. Amen
