Christ knows our hearts. He wraps strength around those who weep. In moments to draw us closer than before, He helps us find refuge and needed peace. He knows our EVERY need. He sees the tears and bandages every single wound. He helps us find comfort and calm.

At some time in our lives, we will experience grief and feel the weight of human sadness. But Jesus will hold us close and help us see how it feels to be held. He will comfort us while we’re cradled in care and remind us we are not alone.

We have been blessed with loved ones to make our lives complete. They broaden our joy and show how it feels to be loved in their presence. When it’s time for them to go, we’re never really ready to say “goodbye”. But there's a reason God calls them home. In our sorrow, He helps us find comfort from Jesus.

Jesus knows about suffering because He bled for us. When we consider what He endured, we begin to realize He is the One who should handle our pain. The One who was nailed to the cross didn't stay there forever. He died and rose again! We don't have to stay in our sorrow. Christ will pick us up, place our feet on solid ground and help us find strength again...

God sent Jesus to bring light to the darkness, hope for tomorrow and peace that passes all understanding. He gave us Jesus to teach about salvation and remind us reward WILL come. Christ will comfort us! He will prepare us to faithfully TRUST in His power to save. He will guide us where we witness the LOVE of mercy and grace. We will experience sadness and feel as if we are tattered and torn. But God will mend what's broken. And because of Jesus, we will be healed and faithfully restored.

LOVE will do mighty things! It will allow us to look beyond ourselves and reach those who need us. It will help us honor the lives of those who have gone. It will bring peace in precious memories and help us witness wholeness, even in the mourning of our souls.

There will never be a day without His faithfulness. God knows our every thought. We must open our eyes for Jesus and focus on the presence of His LOVE. He will hear our prayers and lead us to the Father. We WILL find strength as we sit in His healing and gratefully remember those we LOVE. God's LOVE will help us endure every situation. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted." Matthew 5:4. This is a promise we must believe! God will always take care of our hurting hearts.

Dear God, thank you for the lives of those who have gone before us. We miss the tender moments we lovingly shared. Thank you for helping us feel courageous. Help us when we feel tattered and torn. Lift us with Your strength and give us peace to endure. Fill us with what we need to be led to a place of calm. We will trust You all of our days and see beauty in ALL You provide. Thank you, Lord! Your LOVE will help us bear all things. We will TRUST in You and ALWAYS praise the comfort of Your presence. Thank you, precious Lord. Amen
