God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. Psalm 46:1 NLT

God provides strength when we need to be readied to rise. He arms us with the power of love and helps us learn to TRUST.  He provides PEACE in His presence. We find God’s strength as we begin to recognize we need it.   

We won’t always feel strong. But in moments to reward the love of our faithfulness, God will open our hearts in truth. He will help us see beneath the layers of ourselves, so we will examine our lives and understand His strength is made stronger in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:8-10 says, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness.”

God will humble us. While we are held in moments of need, He will hold us close and help us see the need for mercy. He will increase our strength and help us discover how it feels to find calm from the prayers of our praise. He is faithful. He will help us become stronger than before.

Dear God, Thank you for mercy and grace. Thank you for humbling our hearts so we will recognize the need for Your holiness. We will trust You all the days of our lives and find STRENGTH in the promise of Your love. And we will learn how it feels to be GRATEFUL. Amen
