Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord will personally go ahead of you. He will be with you; he will neither fail you nor abandon you.” Deuteronomy 31:8 NLT 

The God who provided for yesterday has already planned for the tomorrows in our lives. He opens our eyes to focus on the gifts of His greatness. Often, we see amazing things which allow us to recognize His blessings. But sometimes we have to try harder to notice what needs to be seen. 

God is constant, unchanging, ever- present in our lives. He knows what will happen next. He guides by the timing of His will and works hard to take care of each one of us. He allows us to feel the love of His presence and continues to reveal MANY blessings… 

He reminds us to be patient. When changes come, God helps us remember to TRUST. He allows us to find STRENGTH in His presence and remember who's in charge of our lives. He helps us embrace an attitude of gratitude and understand who works for the GOOD.  

God handles our lives! If we rise in prayers of praise, He will be honored by our faithfulness. He will give courage to keep on going when things don't look the same. With eyes wide open, He will help us move in a new direction and find purpose for our days.    

As we embrace a thankful heart, we will begin to understand why  blessings alone won't completely fill us with God's greatness. When we need to be reminded He is with us, He will love us through worries and doubt. We will see glimpses of good if we allow ourselves to be held by His holiness, armed by mercy and grace, and gratefully blessed by His presence.  

GOD IS THE BLESSING that will keep us going even when changes come. We must remain faithful and not forget who is working hard to provide  HOPE for the future. He will reward us with the goodness of His love!  We must "never be afraid to trust an unknown future to a known God." We will never be without His timely rewards. They WILL come in every single season of our lives. 

Dear God, thank you for reminding us Your love never changes. It's hard to say goodbye to favorite seasons that fulfill us with the beauty You provide. Open our eyes to Your MANY blessings when changes come. Help us focus on what is good. We will begin each day in praise for all You provide and remember who IS handling EVERY day of our lives. Thank you, Lord! We will love YOU with all of our hearts and remain faithful to YOU. Thank you for showing us how it feels to embrace a grateful heart. Amen
