We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps. Proverbs 16:9 NLT

Steps! We take them to walk ahead. They propel us to move where we need to go and provide strength to help us arrive. Steps describe the mental goals we set, as we try to accomplish tasks in our lives. But sometimes we forget to ask God where HE wants us to go.

God wants us to faithfully follow Jesus. He blesses us with guiding and gives courage to walk in truth. He helps us STEP in the gifts of His greatness, even when there's bumps in the road. He longs for us to discover His blessings. But first, we need to leave doubt behind. 

Fear will prevent us from believing GOOD will come. It will convince us we’re not worthy of receiving God's rewards. But JOY is waiting in abundance and God knows how to help us find it. We must TRUST He will provide everything we need to keep on going and remember who plans our days. He IS the One who determines our STEPS. He provides the way. 

If we pray for guidance, God will give us wisdom to know where to go. He WILL help us STEP in the right direction. If we find courage to release what's holding us back, He will help us experience His fulness. He will humble our hearts and help us find needed PEACE.

God will guard our hearts as we gratefully focus on what’s to come. He WILL lay a path for us to follow. We don’t have to stand in the sidelines of wonder. The Lord is our strength! Keep stepping, friends! Find HOPE in the footsteps of Jesus. Better days are coming! Stay focused on the Father and bravely STEP in faith. 

Dear God, thank you for reminding us who’s in charge of every single thing. Remove the fear which stops us from stepping where we belong. We will travel Your path of purpose and find STRENGTH to witness what comes from surrender. Thank you, Lord for moving us through every day. We’re so grateful we don’t have to walk alone. Amen
