"Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.”

Many things nurture a heart of praise and remind us why we are blessed. But in the midst of a pandemic and worldly unrest it’s hard to find calm in the chaos. We've lost loved ones, experienced difficulties and been pushed to the limit with anxiety and stress. We worry what will happen next.  

When we wonder how much we can bear, JESUS reaches out and reminds us to bravely welcome HOPE. He pulls us from the frailties of life and asks us to follow Him. He leads us from distractions and invites us to sit for a while. While we’re cradled in care, He fills us with PEACE and opens our eyes to witness the power of God’s authority! 

There are reminders around us, but sometimes we don’t take time to look. We try our best to stay ahead, but neglect to give God what He deserves. He WILL show us amazing things as we grow deeper in our relationship. He WILL open our eyes and remind us who’s in charge of ALL things. Sharing prayers of praise will demonstrate our gratefulness and set the stage for good to come… 

God is deserving of so much MORE than morsels of love. Through good and bad, sorrow and sad, trials and tribulations HE is our source of STRENGTH. It will honor Him if we simply say, “Thank you, Lord”, no matter what!  

Sing a new song to the Lord! Let the whole earth sing to the Lord!  Sing to the Lord; praise his name. Each day proclaim the good news that he saves. Psalm 96:1-2

God, thank you for waking us in opportunity to witness the love of Your faithfulness. We praise YOU with a humble heart of thanks. Please guide us from distractions and help us learn to BE STILL. Fuel our souls with everything we need to handle our days and help us welcome HOPE that comes from YOU. Thank you, Lord! YOU love us so much. We will give YOU our praise in every single season of our lives. Amen
