I will give thanks to you with all my heart, O Lord my God. I will honor you forever because your mercy toward me is great. Psalm 86: 12-13

Sometimes we forget GOD IS WITH US. We become overwhelmed from worry and doubt. But God provides glimpses of good. He knows when we need to examine our thoughts and get rid of what’s robbing our calm. He orchestrates moments to feel His holiness and remember who's in charge of ALL things.  

God helps us develop an attitude of gratitude as we become aware of His blessings. He will remind us why He is worthy of love. HE will set the stage for what’s to come and guide and provide for our lives. He will help us remember who has a plan for the future.    

We have lived through days of doubt and questioned what will happen next. But if we focus on the reasons, we have to be grateful, God will restore our hearts and remove the worry of wonder. He will nurture our souls for thankfulness, no matter what!  

1 Thessalonians 5: 18 says, “Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”    

God will provide a harvest of HOPE. He will open our eyes to celebrate the seasons of His blessings. He will fill us with everything we NEED, so we will recognize His rewards and understand why strength WILL come when we are thankful.   

 

Dear God, thank you for the reasons we have to be grateful. Forgive us when we forget to focus on what is GOOD. Help us be mindful of ALL You provide. Guide us to a prayer of praise as we continue to find PEACE in Your presence. Help us remember why the LOVE of our GRATITUDE will honor YOU and bless us in MANY beautiful ways. Thank you, Lord. Thank you! Amen
