Many times, we wake in worry of what’s to come. Anxious thoughts creep in our souls and rob us from welcoming calm. Worry steals our joy and we forget who already knows what will happen next.    

God opens our eyes to welcome the peace of His presence. He sets the stage for what He provides. When we pray before we rise, He opens our hearts for the Savior. He fills us with everything we need to find STRENGTH and remember who GUIDES our steps. 

Prayer leads us to a place of fullness. When we thank God for waking us, He finds the way to remind us why we are blessed. And when we turn our eyes toward His holiness, He helps us receive what He wants us to discover. He takes the worry away and reminds us who’s in charge of our days.   

God will help us release anxious thoughts. He will arm us with everything we need to find a peaceful purpose. He will lift the veil of doubt so we will see how to be guided. God will reveal His will when the timing is right. He will grow our faith so we will learn to TRUST in the plans He has for each one of us.  

Dear God, thank you for the power of Your love. It covers us with mercy and grace. Help us remember to seek You BEFORE we rise. Thank you for the presence of Your peace. Please remove anxious thoughts that steal our HOPE. We will remember who’s in charge of our days and find STRENGTH in the power of Your greatness. Open our eyes for Your many blessings. Thank you for being our faithful GUIDE. Amen
