Always keep on praying…1 Thessalonians 5: 17 TLB

If we truly believe He is with us, every moment of closeness with Him will lead us to a prayer of praise and fill us with everything we need.  

There are no restrictions for when we’re allowed to pray. We can talk to God no matter where we are, in the midst of whatever we’re facing and even when we don’t know what will happen next…He knows our thoughts and requests before we ask. Prayer is our expression of fellowship. It provides peace and helps us remain faithful. It opens our eyes to witness His strength and find comfort while we’re cradled in care. 

  

God knows our thoughts. Even in broken hallelujah’s, He loves us through pain. He helps us understand the need for mercy and covers us with grace. He helps us remember there will never be a time without the presence of His love. He nurtures our faith when we pray.   

Prayer should begin by praising God for who He IS! "Dear Heavenly Father, you are mighty, holy and true." It allows us to share our requests. “Lord, give me hope and help me find strength in You." It opens hearts for forgiveness; "Forgive me, Lord. Help me surrender what’s causing me to sin. And restore my soul with peace.”    

Prayer addresses our needs and the needs of others; "Lord, watch over me and guide my every thought. Help me examine my life and see what is missing. Speak to the heart of those who need to be reminded You are HERE! Heal the hurting and cover wounds of weakness with the wholeness of Your love. Help us understand the depth of Your holiness.”   

As we spend time with God, He WILL help us witness blessings in every situation. He is GOD. He is handling every single thing. He will help us learn to appreciate how He guides and provides when we keep on praying…  

As we commune with Him, God will respond with guidance, assurance, strength, and hope for what’s to come. He will answer  prayers when the timing is right. God knows the needs of His children. Simply saying, “THANK YOU!” will honor Him and change everything!  It will help us develop and attitude of gratitude and remind us we can trust the One who has already planned our days. 

As soon as I pray, you answer me; you encourage me by giving me strength… Psalm 138:3 NLT We don’t have to wait for God to hear us. HE is with us EVERY moment of our lives. That is reason enough to be GRATEFUL! 

Dear God, thank you for waking us to all You provide. Fill us with PEACE and help us find STRENGTH in You. Forgive us when we forget who’s in charge of ALL things. Watch over us. Fill us with the power of Your greatness. We will put out TRUST in You while we're cradled in Your care. We will humble our hearts and give YOU the praise YOU deserve EVERY time we pray. YOU are deserving of ALL of our love EVERY moment and EVERY day. Thank you, Lord! Thank you! ♥ Amen
