Always keep on praying…1 Thessalonians 5:17 TLB

If we truly believe He is with us, every moment of closeness with God will guide us to a beautiful prayer of praise…

God hears our prayers and knows what we need, even before we speak. Prayer is our expression of fellowship with the One who guides and provides. He knows how to fill us with STRENGTH.  

God responds to the prayers of His children. He humbles us to receive.  As we open our hearts to feel His presence, we find STRENGTH as we seek Him and PRAY. 

Prayer should begin by praising God for who He is…"Dear Heavenly Father, you are mighty, holy and true!" God is pleased when we come before Him with a grateful heart of "thank you, Lord! "

Prayer allows us to present our requests. “Lord, fill my heart with PEACE and help me find rest in you". It allows us to ask for forgiveness. "Forgive my sin. Help me surrender what causes me to doubt.” Prayer addresses our needs and the needs of others. “Lord, watch over me and help me recognize the purpose of Your plan. Help me be patient in the timing of Your will. Be with those who need to be reminded HOW to be held by Your love.”

As we spend time with God, He opens our hearts for gratitude and helps us remember who is working for the GOOD. As we commune with Him, He responds with guidance, assurance, strength and hope for what’s to come. God answers our prayers! Aren’t we lucky to have a Father who cares so completely? He is God! He is HERE and He loves us! 

Dear God, thank you for the power of Your love! Forgive us when we forget who is working for the GOOD. Strengthen the heart of our faithfulness as we TRUST in You and spend time in the presence of PEACE. We will love YOU with all of our hearts and give You the prayers of our PRAISE! Thank you for ALL You provide. YOU deserve our love EVERY day of our lives. We love YOU so very much! Amen
