He must become greater. I must become less. 1 Timothy 4: 12 

God satisfies the hunger in our hearts to be known as His. He holds us by the love of His holiness. But sometimes we forget to love Him even MORE. He longs to have a deeper relationship so we will WELCOME His PEACE and faithfully learn how to TRUST.  

Jesus said in Matthew 5:6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.” God satisfies our souls with everything we need to thirst no more and experience fullness from Him. As we find courage to surrender the selfish side of want, He reminds us why He provides everything we need.   

Just one glimpse of who He is, reminds us to embrace what will make us strong!  God WILL fight our battles when the evil one tells us we are wrong. He will light a fire in our souls as we witness the love of His faithfulness and choose to welcome the light of His LOVE.   

God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29). He longs to set our hearts aflame and help us glow from His greatness. Amazing things will happen if we boldly step ahead and allow ourselves to be fueled by the Holy Spirit. God wants to show us so much more about ourselves as He readies us to be restored.  

We must step in faith and remember we don’t have to figure out everything on our own! God will set our hearts aflame as we boldly walk in truth and choose to step toward wholeness. He is HERE and HE loves us! Surely, He will take care of everything we need to glow with gratitude! He is God! He will always take care of us. 

Dear God, Set our hearts on fire for YOU. We welcome your Holy Spirit to fill us with everything we need to be consumed by the presence of Your strength. We know YOU are holy and GOOD. Open our hearts to follow Jesus and remove what is holding us back from loving YOU even MORE…Thank you for everything You provide to help us walk in truth and glow from the love of a grateful heart. Thank you, Lord! Our light will burn brightly for YOU! Amen
