Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4: 7 NLT 

God longs for us to be hopeful in PEACE. As we discover His love is forever; He transform us. He helps us surrender doubt and BELIEVE He WILL handle our days. He reminds us who’s in charge of every single thing and humbles our hearts to TRUST.

PEACE is something we need. The world will try and tell us it’s only found where there are no struggles. But we know that’s not true. The Bible says, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 NIV

It's easy to find comfort in a quiet place of calm. God silences distractions. We feel the power of His LOVE, witness the gifts of His greatness and recognize how it feels to fuel our souls.  But when we must step away from the beauty of silence, the loudness of life often tries to take control.   

GOD IS IN CONTROL. Peace isn’t meant to make us feel better in a small amount of time. There is a purpose for this gift from the Holy Spirit EVERY moment of our lives.  “Perfect peace starts with peace with God through Jesus Christ (Eph 2:14). He helps us gain perspective as we examine our hearts and welcome the fullness of His presence EVERY day. 

Because of His great love, God will help us find PEACE no matter where we are as we humble our hearts for His. He will hear our prayers and faithfully respond.  When we ask for PEACE, God WILL help us find it.  He will take care of our needs as we continue to TRUST and BELIEVE He WILL take care of us and those we love. 

The fruit of that righteousness will be peace; its effect will be quietness and confidence forever. Isaiah 32: 17 NIV

Dear God, thank you for moments to be lifted with Your arms of strength.  We will TRUST in the power of Your love as we’re cradled in care and held by the heart of Your holiness. As we welcome Your presence, help us remain faithful and put our HOPE in You. We will remember WHERE to find perfect PEACE EVERY DAY of our lives. Only YOU know how to perfectly provide it. Thank you, Lord. Thank you for taking care of each one of us! Amen
