For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3: 1 NLT 

“The secret to being patient is focusing on the HOPE not the doubt.” God knows what we need! He loves us. He knows the desires of our hearts even before we speak. He longs for us to remember He is available every moment of our lives. He knows the longing of our souls. God is greater than our heart, and He knows everything. 1 John 3:20

When we pray with specific requests, sometimes we assume God will answer our prayers immediately. Sometimes He does, but His timing is not our own. We can TRUST He will handle ALL things as we remain faithful. 

God extends His love and waits for us to TRUST in His guiding. Sometimes we forget to communicate with the One who skillfully orchestrates our days. We forget to live in the NOW and spend too much time worrying about what’s to come.   

Waking each day in the presence of love should bring an attitude of gratitude as we rise in the gifts of God’s greatness. Proverbs 27: 1 says, “Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.” We can rely on Him to provide purpose for each day and HOPE for ALL our tomorrows. 

Remembering God is in control will help us understand we don’t have to figure out everything on our own. God is HERE and He loves us. He will grow our strength as we welcome PEACE and realize it doesn’t matter how long we WAIT… 

God WILL handle every single thing. We will recognize His guiding as we spend MORE time with Him. He is deserving of our love. Having a living relationship will welcome prayers of our praise and open our hearts for so much more than requests we want answered right away. 

It doesn’t matter how long we have to WAIT if we truly believe God is with us; guiding and providing for our days. He will reward the love of our faithfulness and fulfill His will when He’s READY. He will cover us with mercy and grace and help us remember how much we are valued and loved. He will guide us ALL of our days! God loves us! 

Dear God, thank you for the power of Your love and the presence of Your STRENGTH. You bring purpose to our days as we WAIT to be guided. Forgive us when we forget who is working for the GOOD. Thank you for being patient as we’re readied to welcome Your will and learn how it feels to TRUST. We will love YOU with all of our hearts, give You the time You deserve and WAIT to be led by Your holiness. Thank you, Lord! We need YOU every moment of our lives. We’re so grateful for ALL You provide. Amen
