For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow.  James 1:3

Sometimes, we forget to stand on the promises of God and TRUST in His plans. We say, “I can’t believe this has happened now” and forget His timing is not our own. We need to be reminded who plans our days and gives purpose to every single season of our lives. 

When we sit in the worry of wonder and neglect to look for good, God reminds us to remain faithful when it’s hard. He grows our desire to TRUST in Him and humbles us with His LOVE. He handles our days and helps us remember WHY we don’t have to figure out everything on our own.  

The Bible says, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11: 1 NLT Jesus knows how to help us find HOPE in His presence. He takes our burdens and carries the weight of pain. He helps us surrender doubt and guides us to the Father. He shows how to welcome STRENGTH. 

God reveals His will in mighty ways as we take time to notice. He opens our hearts for PEACE and helps us learn to be patient while we wait for better days to come. He nurtures our FAITH and helps us endure; He reminds us WHY we need Him. 

Nothing will happen that God cannot handle! He hears us when we pray and covers us with MERCY and GRACE. As we open our eyes to the gift of each new day, He has already decided how to orchestrate every moment. 

We must keep on going and fix our eyes on the One who will lead us where we belong. God is BIGGER than fear and the uncertainties we face. He knows what we need to step toward wholeness and satisfy the longing of our hearts. 

God will DO what we cannot EVERY single moment. As we walk on the path He has chosen, He will help us witness His blessings when we surrender doubt. He is GOD! He is HERE and He will hold us together. 

When our faith is tested, endurance WILL have a chance to grow. "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28

Dear God, thank you for the power of Your love! Help us find surrender anxious thoughts of doubt. Humble our hearts so we will welcome Jesus and experience how it feels to have a living relationship with Him. Forgive us when we try and handle life on our own and forget to TRUST in Your guiding. Help us remain faithful to YOU. Thank you for helping us place one foot in front of the other and find STRENGTH to handle our days. YOU give us reason to keep on going and remember better days WILL come. Thank you for heading us in the right direction as we gratefully follow Jesus and allow You to grow our FAITH. Amen
