I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. Romans 15:13 NLT

Jesus is our faithful friend. He wants us to follow Him. He helps us surrender doubt and welcome His presence of PEACE. He guides us to the Father and arms us with everything we need to walk in the fullness of JOY.    

Jesus knows the longing of our souls. As we seek Him with patience and a willingness to grow, He nurtures our faith and humbles hearts for His. He helps us understand He is worthy of love as we learn how to honor Him.  

Sometimes we feel burdened by expectations of how we are to receive the love of Christ. But Romans 10:13 makes it clear. "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Jesus longs for us to acknowledge WHY we need Him. He helps us welcome the fullness of compassion and love.   

Christmas is the perfect time to reflect on God's mercy and grace for EACH one of us. He sent Jesus to the world to bring light to the darkness and HOPE in the mention of His name. He walks with us as we journey together and creates desire to RECEVE the gift of His LOVE.    

Oh, how we need to recognize God’s presence and be ready to  welcome STRENGTH. The manger reminds us of the best gift of Christmas and allows us to understand God’s will was fulfilled by the power of His plan.      

Loving God will welcome a spirit of gratitude and ready us to welcome a season of HOPE. It will help us remember to gratefully  receive what has already been given to us. It will remind us we are valued, loved and held in the heart of His holiness.   

 ♪ Joy to the world the Lord has come. Let earth receive her King. ♪ Oh, how we need You, Jesus. Come, Lord Jesus come...Come into the place You will be welcomed. 

Dear God, thank you for blessing us with this wonderful season. As we open our hearts to welcome Jesus, help us embrace the fullness of PEACE and discover what happens when we TRUST. Fill us with everything we need to remember Jesus is the reason we celebrate.  Thank you for revealing Your presence and restoring our hearts to remember the power of Your love. Ready our hearts to welcome Christmas calm. We’re so grateful we can count on YOU to love us through each moment. We're so grateful for the gift of Your precious Son.  Amen
