Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord. Psalm 27:14 NIV

God has a reason for EVERY season. He readies us for what will happen next. He reminds us to be patient while we WAIT on Him and draw closer to the presence of His love.  

Sometimes we move too swiftly and allow the worry of wonder to steal our calm. We forget why we need to WAIT for prayers to be answered and focus on the presence of His peace.  

Jesus helps us step as we follow Him. He reminds us who handles our days. He blesses us with PEACE that passes all understanding and reminds us we don’t walk alone. He shows us amazing things when we take time to notice.

It’s good to WAIT on God! He helps us recognize why we need Him. He opens our eyes so we will stop wasting time and clearly see what we mustn't miss. Waiting is part of life. We need to slow down and savor what God places in our hearts to teach us how to persevere. He will place HOPE in our hearts as we faithfully remember who takes care of us and those we love. 

We may be in a hurry, but God is not! We can TRUST Him to bless us in mighty ways, even if it takes a long time to answer our prayers.  

Dear God, thank you for always being present. Forgive us when we become impatient as we WAIT on You. Open our eyes for ALL YOU provide. Thank you for the power of Your love. It blesses us in mighty ways as we step closer. We will TRUST in the timing of Your will and faithfully wait for what’s to come. Thank you for this beautiful season to reflect on what Jesus has already done for each one of us. Humble our hearts with gratitude. Thank you for taking care of us and those we love. Amen
