Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD.” Psalm 27:14 NIV

Often, we have trouble waiting on God. We become impatient and forget who’s in charge of our days. We forget who's working for the good and sadly, forget to pray.

God makes things happen even when we cannot see the purpose of His plan. He readies us to witness beautiful blessings and begin to understand the power of His greatness. He draws us closer to Him and longs for us to embrace a willingness to be faithful.

God helps us learn to be patient while we WAIT on Him. He knows what we need to grow. His timing is NOT our own. He provides PEACE in His presence when we need to be reminded, we’re not alone in the planning of what happens next.

Worry will cause us to think God isn't working. But He knows the desires of our hearts. "His delay is not a denial" simply because He needs more time to teach us to TRUST.

God needs time to grow the heart of who we're becoming because of His great love. He is the One who created us to love Him with all of our hearts and BELIEVE He will guide and provide. If we truly BELIEVE He will take care of us, it won't matter how long we WAIT.

When the time is right, God will answer prayers in mighty ways as we remain faithful.  He WILL do what we cannot. He is GOD! Keep on praying! “The secret to being patient is focusing on the HOPE not the doubt.” 

Dear God, Thank you for Your presence! Fill us with PEACE, as we seek You with all of our hearts. Teach us to TRUST in YOU. Thank you for having plans for the future. Strengthen our hearts when we need to be patient. When the timing is right, we know You will show favor to us. You are worthy of PRAISE while we WAIT for blessings to come and delight in the JOY that YOU give us. Thank you, Father! Amen
