So, encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing. 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind.” This is the greatest commandment. We need to offer Him MORE than what we give. God is honored when we LOVE Him above ALL things. 

He provides what He wants us to share. God helps us receive gifts of His greatness and reflect the LOVE of Christ. He opens our eyes for those who need to witness why we care. 

Christ taught us to LOVE one another. He set an example of how to live our lives with compassion and LOVE for God. “Love your neighbor as yourself” is an important reminder. God IS LOVE. When we LOVE others, we are honoring Him.

Simply saying, "I'm here if you need me" really isn't enough. We must do our part to bless the heart of others. As we do, God will bless us with opportunities to be rewarded.  "Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience." Colossians 3:12 NIV

We won't always understand how God will use, but HE will! How will you help neighbors, family and friends? How will you show kindness and encourage others? Now more than ever, we need to respond when we’re nudged to serve.

God will bring joy to our hearts as we do what needs to be done.  “May glory be given to God in the highest heaven! And may peace be given to those He is pleased with on earth!” Luke 2:14 NIRV Every soul deserves to know they are valued and loved. May we always have a heart to show them.

Dear God, thank you for opening our eyes. We NEED to recognize the needs of others! As followers of Christ, let LOVE be our guide as we share compassion and kindness. Thank you for joy that fills us with gladness as we shine the light of Christ and gratefully honor YOU. Thank you, for the gifts of Your greatness. Help us use them in mighty ways as we LOVE You with ALL of our hearts and humbly LOVE one another. Amen
