The Lord God is my strength. He will give me the speed of a deer and bring me safely over the mountain.” Habakkuk 3:19 TLB

God takes care of us. When we find ourselves stuck in the valley of fear, He hears our cries for mercy. He provides peace to stand in His presence and arms us with everything we need to find courage and strength.

Sometimes we forget to TRUST the One who readies us to climb. We forget how keep on going. But God reminds us HE is our help in time of need. The Bible helps us understand His promises. Psalm 46:1 says, “God is our refuge and STRENGTH, a very present help in trouble.” And Isaiah 29 provides an important message to sustain us when we’re weak. “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases STRENGTH.” What beautiful words of truth to help us face the mountains in our lives.

God guides us by the power of His will. He carries us safely over the mountains which are difficult to climb. When we stand in faith and open our hearts for His guidance, He arms us with everything we need to find courage in the HOPE He provides.

We must BELIEVE God will take care of us and those we love. He has a plan for our days. He knows where the journey will take us and prepares us to step in FAITH. God will never ask us to move, until He has readied us to rise. There will never be a day without His presence. We mustn’t be afraid to trust the One who will carry us over the mountains. God knows what we need to conquer our fears. 

Dear God, Thank you for the power of Your love. Forgive us when we stand in the valley and forget how to climb by the power of Your love. Help us examine our hearts, so we will understand the need to be strengthened by YOU. Carry us safely and help us learn to TRUST. We will embrace the presence of Your peace and gratefully welcome ALL YOU provide to keep us going. We will keep climbing and always remain faithful to You. Thank you, Lord! Amen
