We are saved by trusting. And trusting means looking forward to getting something we don’t yet have—for a man who already has something doesn’t need to hope and trust that he will get it. But, if we must keep trusting God for something that hasn’t happened yet, it teaches us to wait patiently and confidently. Romans 8:24-25 TLB
God wants us to be patient and learn how it feels to WAIT. In the timing of His will, He grows us! He moves us through the ups and downs of life, gives us STRENGTH to endure and grows our TRUST as we glorify Him. He provides HOPE for the future.
When we become weary and wonder how God will choose to navigate our days, He helps us recognize how patience welcomes PRAISE when we soak in His Word, welcome the PEACE of His presence and LOVE HIM with ALL of our hearts. He grows our FAITH as we cling to His promises and BELIEVE He will take care of us and those we love.
God guides, provides and when the timing is right, He readies us to recognize why we are blessed. Our loving Father knows what we NEED and longs for us to RECEIVE the JOY of Jesus when we lay our burdens down and follow Him. He knows what we need to welcome surrender doubt and make room in our souls for gratitude.
God knows the desires of our hearts. If we surrender the weight of worry, we will make room for HOPE to help us COPE with confidence and remember who IS working for the GOOD. We must remain faithful and BELIEVE God will ALWAYS take care of us and those we love.
Dear God, thank you for Your presence. Forgive us when we become impatient and forget to trust in You. We feel the power of Your greatness, as we humble our hearts and find wisdom in Your Word. Help us surrender doubt and be lifted by Your love, as You orchestrate our days and ready us to receive Your many blessings. Thank you for planning every moment of our lives and being faithful to us. You help us remember who is working for the good in every situations and arm us with everything we need to be lifted with HOPE. Thank you, Lord! Thank you for knowing our hearts. Amen
