But put God’s kingdom first. Do what he wants you to do. Then all those things will also be given to you. Matthew 6: 33 NIRV

Sometimes we become frustrated when we try to step ahead. We become weary in wonder of what will happen next and confused where to go. We have been created for a purpose and need to be reminded who’s in control of our days. 

When we step in worry, we become weary and worn. But God helps us find courage as we follow Jesus and remember why we don’t walk alone. He helps us TRUST in Him and provides STRENGTH to move ahead. God helps us breathe in the courage of surrender. 

When we put Him first and begin each day with praise, we begin to see what happens when we’re nurtured by thoughts of good! God longs to guide and provide for each one of us. He opens our eyes, so we will focus with a willingness to obey. 

As we feel His presence, God helps us recognize why we need Him. He helps us welcome JOY so we will see ourselves as He sees us; capable and able to do what needs to be done to serve Him with grateful hearts. 

We are standing on the threshold of something great! Jeremiah 29: 11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” We’re blessed to have a Father who grows us by His greatness and demonstrates the power of His love.  

God isn’t finished showing us the value of our worth. He LOVES us!  He will ready us to receive what He has been promised so we will recognize why oy, peace, hope, strength, love, patience and faith are the very things we need to honor him all of our days and love like Christ. 

When we know Jesus and allow ourselves to be gifted by the Holy Spirit, we will experience beauty in what readies us for what’s to come. God will reveal His will when the time is right and reward the love of our gratitude. 

He will hear us when we pray and provide wisdom when we soak in His WORD. God will orchestrate our days and bless us in ways we can’t imagine. If we truly TRUST in Him, it won’t matter how long it takes to journey where He wants us to go.

Let’s stop being afraid to try when it’s hard. God will help us learn to step-in faith. He will handle bumps in the road and help us find PEACE on the path that leads toward wholeness. He is deserving of everything it takes to bring glory to Him as we continue to grow.  

Dear God, thank you for the goodness of Your love. Forgive us when we forget who plans our days. Help us examine our lives, so we will recognize what’s missing and relinquish our need to have control. Help us find purpose to journey where You want us to go and welcome the peace of Jesus. Help us remain faithful and humble our hearts for JOY. Thank you for all You provide as we choose to TRUST in YOU. Amen
