Birds sing with a purpose. Perhaps God places them there to prepare us for what’s to come. Their joyful announcements invite us to wake and welcome the beauty of the sun.  

It’s good to consider God made the birds and each one of us. He has a plan for our days. He wakes us to welcome peace and sets the stage for STRENGTH to come. He reminds us who’s in charge of ALL things and helps us learn how to TRUST. 

God longs for us to welcome His presence and understand who takes care of every living thing. He cradles us in care and holds us together as we witness the gifts of His greatness and recognize He provides for our needs.   

Look at the birds! They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for our heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't we far more valuable to him than they are?  Can all our worries add a single moment to our lives? Read Matthew 6:26-34 

We mustn’t let fear of tomorrow diminish JOY for today. God has a plan and He loves us. Morning will come with a renewed sense of purpose as we WELCOME His many blessings. Our nighty Creator knows what’s best for our lives. 

God takes care of the birds and surely, He will take care of us! He will place peace in our hearts as we remain faithful. There will never be a day without the strength of His mighty love. He is God! He is HERE and He loves us. 

Dear God, You have opened our eyes to new beginnings. Your mercies are new each and every day. We will put our trust in You, and find joy in what You provide. As You lead us from darkness, we will make a joyful noise and praise You for the gifts of Your greatness as we wait for the sun to rise. Thank you for taking care of everything we need. You prepare us to spread our wings and fly. Thank you, Lord! Thank you for the power of Your love and the many precious ways You bless us. Amen
