“What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness and go after the one which is lost, [searching] until he finds it? Luke 15: 4 AMP

God wants us to use the time we’re given to LOVE Him with all of our hearts, LOVE one another and faithfully follow Christ as we step toward wholeness and draw closer to Him.  

It’s good to walk together, but sometimes we step away. We forget to PRAY in Jesus’ name and become lost when we try to handle life on our own. We drift from the One who blesses us with PEACE and longs for us to experience His compassion. 

Jesus knows what we need to walk in the “unforced rhythm of grace.” He said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11: 28-30 NIV

The yoke of Jesus is a “free gift” to each one of us, as we choose to faithfully follow and know Him as Lord of our lives.  He leads us to a place of surrender as we TRUST Him to carry what we hold inside.  

Jesus knows when we need to be rescued. He finds us where we are and carries us back where we belong. He knows our hearts! While we are cradled in care, He holds us where distractions can't find us and fills us with His presence of PEACE.  

The world will never offer what we need to be renewed with STRENGTH. But God will help us stay grounded in His Word as we believe in His promise to provide. Jesus is the only WAY to the Father. He will help us find PEACE on the path that leads us home.  

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 NIV 

God IS WITH US! We mustn’t be afraid to be lifted back where we belong and reminded to step in FAITH. Every move we make to walk with Jesus will lead us to a prayer of PRAISE and remind us The JOY of the Lord IS our STRENGTH. ♥

Dear God, we’re so grateful for the love of our Good Shepherd. Humble our hearts to recognize the goodness of His LOVE.  Renew our souls and give us PEACE that passes all understanding. Thank you for finding us when we need to be rescued. We will find comfort to remember HOPE came to heal when Jesus was sent to save. Thank you for returning us where we belong when we drift away. YOU give us courage to bravely hold on when we need to be lifted. Thank you for knowing our hearts and calling us worthy. Amen
